So today's the day!!!! I FINALLY get to work on my Project Life :) I have been waiting for this day since September! EEEKKKK!!!!!

I cannot wait to fill the pages with memories of Joey and my first year as a married couple, and all the little memories along the way. It is sure going to be an adventure...are you ready??

So today is Orthodox Christmas :) Spent the evening with the fam jam, we had a nice ham dinner, and we exchanged our gifts.

It was nice to spend the night talking with family, and we all got some pretty nice gifts, but the best gift of all was just being together. Can't wait for Orthadox New Years (next Sat)...maybe I will finally get my midnight kiss afterall :)

Today I was on the late shift at work and decided I wanted to go for lunch with my Mama. We went to one of my fave restaurants "Wimpy's". I actually ordered something different than grilled cheese or french toast :)
It's nice that I can just go for lunch with my Mom, and talk for no reason. I am glad we are finally getting a good relationship that we can build on now and I hope it continues to grow :)

I wanted to show you a night in the Thurston household...... Movies, Movies, Movies! Joey and I are always spending our free time together watching movies. It has been like this since we were 16!
Joey has made me watch all sorts of movies....Demolition Man, AVP, Water World.....but every movie we watch together is a memory I will never forget.

Unfortunatley I passed out on poor Joey while watching Basic :( lol

So today is Jan 3....a not so happy day, but a day for remembering all the same. Today marks the 5 year anniversary of my Grandpa Walichnowsky's dealth. I miss him every day and wish he was here, but I know he is in a better place, and is watching down on us :)

Today wasn't a very exciting day at all. I slept till noon :) and then decided to spend the first day of 2012 cleaning (how exciting)...

We did however move our bed from downstairs to upstairs as there is mold in our bedroom (we live in a basement apartment), we are definatley looking into a better place to live, but for now this will have to do.
First thing on my list for 2012....find a 2 bedroom....anyone know of any good places? lol

So this is my first picture of the year! New Years at 12:01am :) I was working coat check at 55 Special. Not the way I wanted to spend my first married New Years, but hey, money is money.

I started working at 6pm, and had to work till 4am and I was exhausted! But I did make about $200, and that was better than spending money :)

I did get to ring in the New Year with my Mama and cousin Megan, but didn't get my midnight kiss from hubby :( He did make up for it when I got home tho.

This year will be the best year so far, I can feel it! Let's make it the best it can be! Hope every has a happy and healthy 2012 :)

2012

I figured it was time to start up my blog once again. It will be an exciting year and I feel it is time to document and enjoy. I have started "Project Life" and feel this will help me keep up with my blog as well as I am taking a photo a day (at least lol). I am excited for this year, and hope you all will be just as excited :)

2011 was a good and bad year. I started my career as an ECE in an infant room and LOVE it! I got married to my Highschool Sweetheart finally after 8 years, we got the news that we were expecting, and then dissapointingly got the news that we would have to wait a little bit longer to have our take home baby. I am glad to have 2011 behind me and be able to start fresh in 2012 :)
